Geotechnical Engineer

Role SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer with a minimum of 7 years post graduate experience.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering complex geotechnical design solutions across major infrastructure projects including highways motorways rail active travel schemes and drainage works.This is a crucial position within our Geotechnical team supporting the delivery of multidisciplinary design projects for both public and private sector clients across Ireland.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage geotechnical input on large-scale civil infrastructure projects.Prepare and review geotechnical design calculations reports specifications and drawings.Provide technical mentorship to junior staff within the geotechnical team.Undertake ground investigation scoping design supervision and interpretation.Collaborate with civil structural and environmental engineering teams.Liaise with project stakeholders clients and contractors during design and construction phases.Ensure that all geotechnical design work is delivered to the highest quality and safety standards in accordance with Eurocodes and Irish/UK standards.Qualifications : Bachelors degreeRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Construction Inspection,Business Development,GIS,Geotechnical Engineering,Communication skills,Construction Experience,Data Collection,Project Management,Project Planning,Autocad,Horizontal Drilling,Writing Skills Experience: years Vacancy: 1
