They own a highly successful Tier 1 contracting firm and work with the UAE's most respected developers such as Emaar. They build high value, luxury projects with a minimum value of AED 350 million.We are seeking a highly experiencedGeneral Manager with a strong background in construction project management to oversee operations and strategic growth initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field25+ years of experience in the construction industry in the UAE/GCC, including at least 10+ years in recent role as a GM / Director with leading tier 1 building contracting companies, managing projects in total not less than AED 1 billion in value.Strong project management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering multiple construction projects ensuring on-time delivery, quality control, and cost efficiency.Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, health & safety standards, and client specifications.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders.Drive business growth by identifying new project opportunities and participating in tendering processes.Monitor project cash flow, resource allocation, and procurement in coordination with the finance and procurement teams.Hire, train, and mentor project and operational teams for optimal performance and succession planning.Report to senior management with periodic updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and to develop effective solutions to complex problemsSalary package is upward of AED 85,000 + senior management benefits to be discussedFor a confidential chat, please send your cv or reach out to me - lm@opusrecruit-me.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
