Incepted in 1984, we have devoted ourselves to fulfill the needs of the buyers by assuring quality products at competitive rate. We are a promising Manufacturer, Exporter, Supplier and Service Provider, offering Drip Irrigation Equipment, Fertigation Equipment, Sprayers, Irrigation Sprinklers, Sprinkler Irrigation System, AZUD Filters and many more. We are looking out for GM- Sales ( Agriculture equipments)  for Delhi office of the client PFB THE Job description Role Summary -Lead and scale the Sales & Marketing function for the agriculture division, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand leadership. Key Responsibilities -Own revenue growth, profitability, and market share -Define and execute sales & marketing strategy across regions and channels -Strengthening distribution networks (dealers, distributors, channel partners) -Lead product launches, pricing, and go-to-market strategies -Drive brand building, demand generation, and farmer engagement programs -Recruit, Build and mentor high-performing, multi-location sales & marketing teams -Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and product teams for execution excellence Candidate Profile- -MBA / PGDM (Sales, Marketing, Agribusiness preferred) -15-20 years in agriculture sales & marketing (seeds, crop protection, fertilizers, agri-inputs, agri-tech, equipment, pumps, pipes etc.) -Proven experience leading large teams and regional businesses -Strong understanding of rural markets, farmer economics, and channel management If the position interests you and you find a fitment kindly share your cv and details at hidden_email or contact Rajat- hidden_mobile Kindly share the following details -Current fixed ctc - Notice period - Expected ctc - Reason for leaving current/last job - Relevant experience in agriculture sales/ -Open to work in Delhi -Team size managed - Volume of business managed - Achievements in current/previous companies
