Our new client - A unique fitness facility focused on female fitness will open in Dubai in November/December 2025. The facility will house state-of-the-art equipment offer expert personal training operate an on-site café retail space and build a welcoming environment for a primarily female clientele. To lead this venture the owner is seeking a female General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations and ensure the gyms mission standards and brand values are delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational leadershipFinancial OversightStrategic Planning & ReportingTeam ManagementMembership & customer experienceMarketing & Brand SupportSupplier & vendor managementCompliance & Risk ManagementQualifications & CompetenciesExperience - Minimum 5 years of management experience in the fitness leisure hospitality or related sectors; experience in a women-only gym or boutique fitness concept is highly desirable.Financial acumen - Demonstrated experience with budgeting cost control and revenue management.Customer focus - Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building a loyal membership community. Focus on developing an exceptional customer journey.Education & certifications - Degree in business hospitality management sports management or a related field is preferred.
