This role carries full operational accountability and leadership responsibility.</p><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><p>Candidates must have senior manufacturing leadership experience within industrial or production environments. Strong exposure to plant operations and workforce management is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
