General Manager ConstructionLocation: Dubai UAE Employment Type: Full TimeRole OverviewOur client a developer-backed contracting business in Dubai is seeking an experienced General Manager Construction to lead and scale its construction operations.This senior leadership role will oversee the full construction lifecycle with an initial focus on low-rise to mid-rise developments and a planned transition into high-rise and complex projects as the development pipeline grows. The role carries full accountability for delivery performance governance commercial control and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end construction delivery from feasibility through to handoverEstablish and implement construction processes governance frameworks and reporting systemsBuild structure and lead high-performing project commercial and site teamsOversee cost control programme delivery quality assurance HSE and complianceManage consultants contractors subcontractors and authority approvalsLead procurement strategy tendering and subcontractor appointmentsIdentify and mitigate construction commercial and delivery risksPrepare the organisation systems and teams for future high-rise developments RequirementsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related disciplineMinimum 15 years construction experience including 710 years in the UAEProven leadership in developer-backed or client-side contracting environmentsDemonstrated experience delivering high-rise and complex projectsStrong understanding of UAE construction regulations and authority processesExperience setting up improving or scaling construction operationsBenefitsAEDper month (inclusive of fixed allowances) Key Skills Restaurant Experience,Hospitality Experience,Interviewing,Management Experience,Profit & Loss,Employment & Labor Law,Sanitation,Leadership Experience,P&L Management,Restaurant Management,Retail Management,Recruiting Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 50000 - 55000
