About the job General Manager (Construction)The Client:A diversified group with more than 120 companies in the UAE covering multiple industries ranging from Construction, Development, Hospitality, FMCG, and Education is looking to hire a General Manager - Construction.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing all aspects of operations including financial documents and contracts.Evaluating company performance and identifying improvement opportunities.Monitoring the implementation of corporate values.Anticipate problems and propose methods for resolving them.Develop strategic relationships required for corporate success.Handling operational leadership to create and maintain synergy between teams.Leading strategic management of overall administration and flagship projects handled by thecompany, and managing key projects, and ensuring timely delivery.Overseeing financial and executive activities related to the company's projects.Handling contract administration and client negotiations.Liaising with end clients ensuring satisfaction and retention.Monitoring projects progress ensuring timely completion.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.A minimum of 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with 5+ years of working in a similar role.Excellent managerial and leadership skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
