Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead our prestigious hotel operations at Pullman Dubai Downtown. As the driving force behind our success you will oversee all aspects of hotel management ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximizing operational efficiency and profitability.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and enhance overall performanceLead and inspire a diverse team of professionals fostering a culture of excellence and innovationOversee all operational departments including rooms division food and beverage sales and marketing and financeEnsure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction are consistently metManage financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control measuresBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners corporate leadership and local community partnersDrive revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and business development initiativesEnsure compliance with local regulations brand standards and company policiesImplement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain service excellenceStay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edgeRepresent the hotel at industry events and in the local community to enhance visibilityQualificationsProven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry or a related fieldStrong track record in strategic planning and project leadershipExceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated commercial acumen and financial management expertiseIn-depth knowledge of hotel operations including rooms division food and beverage and MICEProficiency in revenue management and performance optimization techniquesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with local regulations and business practices in the regionInnovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and guest satisfactionAbility to represent the brand professionally and build strong community relationshipsFlexibility to work extended hours and handle high-pressure situationsBachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field (preferred)Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
