General Accountant

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day‑to‑day accounting operations, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.Process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes.Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.Maintain proper filing of financial documents.Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Perform other finance‑related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Process employee’s payroll.VAT filing.SkillsFamiliarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and time management skills.Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferably Tagalog speaker.#J-18808-Ljbffr
