We are currently looking for an experienced Garage Administrator who understands the automotive industry and is confident working with car parts, suppliers, and garage systems.This is a niche role and requires prior experience in the automotive / garage environment.Key Requirements (Essential)Strong knowledge of cars and parts, specifically:Japanese makes (e.g. Toyota)American makes (e.g. Ford)British makes (e.g. Land Rover / Defender)Previous experience working in a garage, workshop, or automotive parts environmentUnderstanding of vehicle parts sourcing, suppliers, quotations, and invoicesComfortable communicating with mechanics, suppliers, and managementAdministrative ResponsibilitiesManaging purchase orders, quotations, and supplier invoicesMonitoring and preparing expenditure and cost trackingMaintaining job cards, records, and documentationSending and responding to professional emailsUsing Excel and basic accounting / tracking sheetsNavigating and updating garage systems and softwareSupporting workshop operations with day-to-day admin tasksLanguage RequirementsEnglish (spoken and written) – essentialArabic, Urdu, or Hindi – highly advantageousTechnical SkillsConfident computer userStrong Excel and basic reporting skillsComfortable working with multiple systems and software toolsIdeal CandidateHas real automotive industry experience (not entry-level)Organized, reliable, and detail-orientedUnderstands how a garage operatesCan work independently and keep operations running smoothly#J-18808-Ljbffr
