We’re hiring: Production ManagerSharjah, UAE | Hybrid (Remote-first)Klekktic is looking for a Production Manager to oversee product production, delivery timelines, quality control, and material cost optimization.This job is ideal for an ex-factory manager and someone who has a deep passion for furniture and manufacturing for large scale projects as well as single pieces, new designs, prototyping and R&D of new and innovative materials.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end product productionEnsure on-time delivery and quality standardsManage materials, suppliers, and optimize production costsOversee packaging and international shippingRequirements:Experience in production or operations managementStrong quality control and supplier management skillsFamiliar with international shipping and logistics, packaging optimization, customs clearance and etcBased in Sharjah (office presence a few days per week)If you’re detail-oriented, cost-conscious, and love building efficient production systems, we’d love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
