Our mission is to transform complex, multi-channel, multi-currency fund operations into standardized, automated, scalable system capabilities that power business growth in a safe, stable, and efficient way.We work closely with Business, Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to continuously evolve our fund systems from manual, people-driven operations into system-driven, process-controlled infrastructure, covering the full lifecycle from transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, to audit and management reporting.About the OpportunityAs a Funds Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning and evolution of the company’s:Funds systemsSettlement and clearing systemsYou will redesign our fund infrastructure from the perspectives of efficiency, scalability, reliability, traceability, and auditability.Your mission is to abstract complex fund flows, reconciliation rules, and settlement logic into reusable product capabilities and rule engines, and continuously drive automation and standardization to significantly reduce manual operations and operational risk.You will be building a company-level funds and settlement platform that supports multi-region, multi-channel, and multi-currency operations.What You’ll Be DoingFunds Flow & Product DesignOwn the end-to-end design of fund flows, including but not limited to:Fiat deposits, withdrawals, and refundsChannel settlement and clearing cyclesFund mapping between internal ledger, channel statements, and clearing accountsAbstract complex, fragmented, experience-driven fund logic into:Standardized workflowsRule-based enginesConfigurable and reusable product capabilitiesReconciliation & Settlement Product CapabilitiesDesign and build the company-level reconciliation product system, covering:Transaction reconciliation / fund reconciliation / balance reconciliationDesign and implement:Reconciliation state machines and lifecycle managementException detection, classification, and routing workflowsSLA management and operational trackingContinuously drive:Higher auto-reconciliation rateLower manual intervention ratioShorter reconciliation and settlement cyclesSupport:Monthly closingAudit requirementsManagement-level fund visibility and reportingSystem Building & Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Engineering, Business, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to drive the design and continuous evolution of fund-related systemsBalance:Compliance requirementsContinuously improve the system:StabilityAuditabilityExplainabilityWith “scalable operations” as the core goal, continuously drive:Reduction of manual operationsThrough systematic product design, achieve:Higher operational efficiencyBetter SLA performanceEarlier risk exposure and preventionWhat We’re Looking ForEducationBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.Experience5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years in:Funds / Payments / Settlement / Clearing / ReconciliationOr exchanges, fintech, or financial infrastructure productsExperience in large enterprises, financial institutions, payment companies, or fintech platforms is a strong plusFund flowsFund lifecycle managementStrong understanding of fiat funds, payment, and clearing systems, with a full lifecycle view of fund movementAbility to independently:Perform complex requirement analysisDesign system solutionsDrive cross-functional executionAble to use SQL for data analysisMake data-driven products and process decisionsAble to turn “people-driven operations” into “system + rules + automation”Nice to HaveExperience in:Payment institutionsFunds or
