Functional Analyst (Arabic Speaker) – Business TransformationLocation: Dubai, UAEContract: 1-Year (Renewable)Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly capable Functional Analyst (Arabic Speaker) to support a large-scale transformation program. This role will act as a key link between business functions and the Enterprise Architecture / Transformation team, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into scalable, technology-enabled solutions.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and enterprise transformation, ideally within the real estate development or property management sector.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements GatheringEngage with stakeholders across: Leasing, Property Management, Finance, Procurement, HR, and GRCElicit, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs, use cases, workflows)Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teamsCollaborate closely with the Enterprise Architecture and Business Excellence teamsEnsure alignment between: Business processes, Technology solutions, Organizational strategySupport digital transformation initiatives, including ERP and system implementationsBusiness Process Design & ImprovementMap and redesign end-to-end business processes across real estate operationsIdentify inefficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with best practicesSupport implementation of process excellence frameworks (Lean / Six Sigma)Program & Project ExecutionSupport delivery of transformation programs and strategic initiativesTrack progress, milestones, and deliverables using structured methodologiesEnsure alignment with Delegation of Authority (DOA) and governance frameworksData, Reporting & Performance ManagementDefine and monitor KPIs and business performance metricsSupport development of dashboards and executive-level reportingEnsure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reportsStakeholder & Governance ManagementAct as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and senior leadershipSupport governance processes, including documentation, reporting, and compliancePrepare presentations and reports for executive stakeholdersTools & SystemsUtilize tools such as JIRA for requirement tracking and workflow managementWork with ERP and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Yardi – preferred)Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks/tools (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) is an advantageRequirementsExperience7–10+ years of experience in: Business Analysis / Functional Analysis, Transformation or enterprise-wide projectsStrong experience within: Real estate development, leasing, or property managementEducationBusiness AdministrationBusiness ExcellenceInformation Systems or related fieldCertifications (Preferred)PMP (Project Management Professional)Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)SkillsStrong understanding of: End-to-end business processes, Enterprise transformation and program execution, Excellent documentation and analytical skillsStrong stakeholder management and communication abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environmentLanguageFluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilityProcess-driven and detail-orientedStrong problem-solving and analytical mindsetAbility to influence and drive organizational changeAbout the RoleThis is a critical role within a high-impact transformation program, supporting the evolution of a well-established real estate organization into a modern, process-driven, and technology-enabled enterprise.
