At Pay10, you’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team driving meaningful impact in the future of finance.Position Overview:The Full Stack Developer will have strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE technologies, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Struts, along with experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases Front End Angular. The ideal candidate will also possess strong payment and fintech domain knowledge, with hands‑on experience in real‑time payment systems, digital wallets, and financial integrations. Experience implementing Aani Core, Aani Overlay, and working knowledge of WPS (Wage Protection System) is essential. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise‑grade financial and payment applications across both front‑end and back‑end layers.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Struts.Implement and integrate payment and fintech solutions, including Aani Core and Aani Overlay, to support real‑time and cross‑channel payment use cases.Integrate front‑end layers with back‑end services, payment engines, and databases to ensure high performance and reliability.Develop and expose secure RESTful APIs for integration with internal systems and third‑party financial services.Apply WPS (Wage Protection System) knowledge to support payroll processing, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with product, compliance, and business teams to translate payment and fintech requirements into technical solutions.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in high‑availability payment environments.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding and fintech best practices.Stay current with emerging fintech trends, payment standards, and regulatory changes.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5-8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment domains.Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Struts.Proven experience with payment systems, transaction processing, and financial integrations.Hands‑on experience implementing Aani Core and Aani Overlay platforms.Working knowledge of WPS (Wage Protection System) and regulatory compliance processes.Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional teams.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑transaction, production‑critical environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
