Full Time Receptionist for a High Street Salon in Qatar .

You must be permitted to work in this country.Minimum experience required: under 1 year.Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience.Location: Doha, QA.Start date: Immediately.DetailsClient ManagementAnswers phone calls promptly and responds to clients’ requirements.Schedules all appointments for clients and technicians using the scheduling system.Welcomes clients and ensures service is done on time and as per the expectations.Builds relationships with clients and VIP clients.Keeps track of clients’ preferences and complaints.Gives accurate information to clients and potential clients.Build strong knowledge and awareness of the provided services in the salon.Resolves clients’ complaints and seeks customer satisfaction.Cashier and AccountingUse POS to accurately input the daily sales and expenses.Maintain the invoices and log them into the system regularly.Run an end-of-day check on the cash and card sales prior to closing the salon.Meets with salon owners on a weekly basis to discuss salon operations and performance.Takes notes of the requests and items from the owners and ensures completion on a timely basis.Facilities ManagementChecks the facilities cleanliness, organization, hygiene standards are always met.Ensures products, samples, and items are organized and displayed nicely always.Checks salon needs for maintenance work, electricity, cleanliness, and reports to supervisor.Ensures updated health certificates and government documents are visible and maintained.Inventory ManagementTracks stock levels of all tools and products and manage stock loss.Meets with salon supervisor to discuss salon stocks and requirements.Staff AdministrationMaintains an updated record of staff contracts, IDs copies, passport copies, and health certificates.Ensures staff are ready on time to provide service to clients.Observes start and end times of the service to ensure smooth flow of the schedule.Boost SalesPromotes new products and services to clients to boost sales and customers experience.Provides insights to management to attract new customers and grow sales.Ensures clients retention and loyalty.RequirementsExcellent English Language (Spoken and Written).Worked in a similar role for minimum of 1 year.Qatari valid ID and in-country hire only.Knowledgeable and interested in cosmetics and beauty.Preferably: Transferable and NOC from current sponsor.Full time: six days of work/week.High school diploma or relevant work experience.Ability to maintain a positive attitude.Excellent communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
