Minimum experience required: over 2 years.Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience.Location: Jeddah, SA.Required Skills: Hair Colour Specialist, Hair Stylist.Start date: 31 Mar 2026.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:Greet clients and perform consultations in line with salon guidelines to establish clients' requirements.Understand pricing details of all hair services and recommend and educate clients accordingly during consultation.Execute cutting, colouring, styling and finishing to high standards whilst providing necessary information about the products used.Recommend appropriate homecare products during each service session.Maintain detailed client service history by recording products used during each visit (e.g., hair colour details, treatment details).Learn and perfect new styles and techniques, maintaining technical knowledge by attending external and internal educational workshops, reviewing and researching publications, internet and social media.Attend events outside of our brand to promote the brand externally.Achieve service and product revenue targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basis.Assist in maintaining adequate inventory level and product ordering process by checking existing products and anticipating needs of the hair section.Take proper care of the tools and equipment.Adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by our salon and municipality.Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care.Farewell clients, guiding them to their next area.Reference and abide by the salon’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals.Skills & QualificationsMust be expert in Ombre and Balayage.Three (3) years salon stylist experience in an international standard salon.High energy and flexible, friendly and approachable to clients and staff at all times.Committed towards training and progression within the brand.Apply professionalism and a high level of customer service at all times.Well-experienced in hair colouring, highlights, hairstyling, hair treatments (Keratin and Collagen) and haircut.Hands‑on experience with various colouring techniques.Familiarity with hair treatment products and services, like keratin smoothing.Must have the creativity to design and interpret hairstyles.Excellent communication, social and customer service skills.Deliver results within a highly motivated and fast‑paced environment.Understand and adhere to company policies & procedures and SOPs.Review periodically and ensure compliance.Proven business skills such as teamwork, professional attitude.Minimum educational qualification(s).Training certification with L’Oréal or Kerastase is an advantage.Minimum work experience required: over 2 years.#J-18808-Ljbffr
