Full Stack Java Developer

Job Description As a Full-Stack Java Developer joining a long-term project in Rome, you will be part of an international and dynamic environment, contributing to high-impact software solutions with direct exposure to end users. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to analysis, design, development, and evolution of the software solution - Translate functional requirements into technical solutions - Develop scalable and high-performance applications - Interact regularly with stakeholders to clarify requirements - Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices - Work autonomously while collaborating within a structured team **Qualifications Required:** - Strong experience in Java - Solid hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot - Experience in Full-Stack Software Development - Familiarity with Microservices architecture - Proficiency in real-time communication technologies such as WebSocket and WebRTC - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (knowledge of Docker, OpenShift is a plus) - Expertise in REST APIs development and system integrations In addition, you should have a strong problem-solving mindset, be comfortable interacting directly with clients, exhibit autonomy and proactiveness, and be fluent in Italian (mandatory) with a good level of English as a plus. Please note that the work location is in Rome, with on-site/hybrid arrangements to be defined, and the contract type is full-time, offering a long-term opportunity.
