Our mission is to empower businesses with seamless, efficient, and scalable solutions tailored to the Saudi market.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer based in Riyadh.As a Full Stack Engineer at Rekaz, you will work across our web application stack to build and improve features used daily by gyms, salons, clinics, and home service businesses. You will contribute to both frontend and backend development, from crafting smooth, reliable interfaces to designing robust APIs and data models for bookings, subscriptions, and payments.You will work closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams to understand merchant needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ship high-quality features that are secure, scalable, and easy to maintain.Daily tasks include:Building and maintaining features across the stack (frontend and backend) for our core productDesigning and implementing RESTful / GraphQL APIs for bookings, subscriptions, invoices, and customer dataWorking with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) and writing efficient, reliable queriesCollaborating with product and design to break down requirements into clear technical tasksImproving performance, reliability, and scalability of existing services and flowsWriting clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentationParticipating in code reviews and knowledge sharing with the engineering teamIntegrating with third-party services (e.g. payment gateways, messaging/WhatsApp providers, access control systems for gyms)Debugging production issues and contributing to a stable, monitored, and observable systemHelping continuously improve our engineering practices, tooling, and internal developer experienceQualifications2–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer / Software Engineer working on web applicationsStrong backend experience with Node.js or a similar server-side framework (Nest.js, Express, etc.)Experience working with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and ORMs/query buildersGood understanding of web application architecture, APIs, authentication, and authorizationComfortable working with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflowsAbility to translate product requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plansAttention to code quality, testing, and long-term maintainabilityStrong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with product, design, and customer teamsFluency in Arabic is a strong plus; familiarity with Saudi SMBs (gyms, salons, home services) is a bonusEnglish reading/writing ability to work with documentation and global engineering best practicesSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIT System Custom Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
