Full Stack Developer – Front Office Trading Systems

Abu Dhabi | Buy-Side Investment Management | Competitive Package + Relocation We are supporting a leading global investment management firm in Abu Dhabi that is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join its front-office technology team. This role sits within the team responsible for building and maintaining the firm’s core in-house trading, portfolio and risk platforms. You will work directly with traders, quants and investment teams to deliver new functionality, data capabilities and system enhancements that support trading and investment decision-making. This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role for developers who enjoy working close to the business in fast-moving, performance-driven environments. Key responsibilities Develop and enhance in-house applications used by front-office investment teams Build new modules, analytics and data capabilities across trading and risk platforms Work closely with traders, quants and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, automation and DevOps best practice Support real-time, high-availability systems handling large volumes of financial data Required experience Strong C# / .NET Python for analytics, data and automation SQL and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB) Experience building real-time, multithreaded, high-availability systems Exposure to market data, trading systems or investment platforms This is an opportunity to build and own the technology that sits at the heart of a sophisticated global investment organisation.
