OverviewJob Title: Fulfilment Centre ManagerLocation: Dubai UAEDepartment: OperationsReporting to: Senior Operations ManagerSalary Package: 18000 - 20000 AED per month Incentives & BenefitsRole Objective:The Fulfilment Centre Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of a newly established fulfilment center in Dubai. The role requires a hands-on leader who ensures efficient accurate and timely processing of orders while maintaining high service standards. Initially the operation will be small in scale with the expectation of growth as new business is onboarded. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills operational expertise and experience in fulfilment last-mile delivery or eCommerce logistics.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesStrategicDevelop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and scalability.Identify opportunities for process improvements automation and cost optimization.Support the expansion of fulfilment capabilities in alignment with increasing order volumes.OperationalOversee the full order fulfilment process from receiving inventory to final dispatch.Ensure efficient inventory management including stock control and reconciliation.Maintain and improve KPIs related to order accuracy processing speed and delivery performance.Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements.People ManagementRecruit train and manage fulfilment center staff fostering a high-performance culture.Plan and allocate workforce based on order volume fluctuations.Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous coaching and development.Key RelationshipsInternal:Operations TeamCustomer ServiceLogistics & WarehousingExternal:ClientsVendors & SuppliersCustoms & Logistics PartnersEducation & ExperienceBachelors degree or equivalent.5 years of experience in operations fulfilment last-mile delivery or 3PL logistics.Proven experience in setting up or managing warehouse/fulfilment operations.Skills & CompetenciesFunctionalStrong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving picking packing shipping and returns.Knowledge of inventory control methods such as cycle counting and stock rotation.Ability to optimize warehouse layouts and workflows for efficiency.BehavioralStrong leadership and team-building skills.Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Adaptability to changing business needs and technologies.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an expanding fulfilment operation in Dubai with the potential for career growth as the business scales.
