We have offices in Riyadh, Istanbul, Warsaw, and Dubai.The RoleOpontia is looking for a Senior Manager who is passionate about Warehousing, Logistics, Marketplace and D2C E-commerce to be our new Fulfillment & Logistics Senior Manager in Riyadh KSA office. In this role, your responsibility is to develop and manage our e-storage, order fulfilment, marketplace replenishment, last mile and reverse logistics operations. In addition to that, the Senior Manager in Fulfillment & Logistics will play an integral role in the operational integration of Opontias acquired brands in Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, assess, onboard and manage suitable partners for Storage, Fulfillment & Last Mile in Saudi Arabia.Develop, improve and ensure compliance towards SOPs and SLAs with internal & external stakeholders designed for selling on online marketplaces, own websites, social commerce and B2B.Drive relevant internal and external governance.Conduct functional SWOT-, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments.Continuously challenge the status quo and drive actions to improve efficiency & productivity.Ensure & improve performance on SLA fulfillment %, On Promise Attempts & Delivery %, Lead Time, Customer Return Rate %, Fulfillment and Logistics NPS and other Key Performance Indicators.Maintain and validate functional reporting to provide real-time trends and insights.Conduct functional due diligence of potential e-commerce brands to be acquired (complexity, costs, etc.).Drive the functional integration of newly acquired brands to our operational setup and avoid any interruption of sales and customer experience.Collaborate in cross-functional projects involving Acquisitions, Brand Management, Tech & Finance.Hire, manage and coach a team of Fulfillment & Logistics Executive Talents.Conduct staff performance reviews.The perfect fitHands-on mentality and entrepreneurial attitude at Opontia you will get your hands dirty.Data-driven mindset.Track record of building, growing and managing operations for e-commerce brands, e-commerce platforms or logistic companies specialized in e-commerce. (7-10 years in logistics, 2-5 years in e-commerce)Knowledge of e-fulfillment and last-mile operations in Saudi experience in the Middle East, Europe and Africa is a nice-to-have.Experience with tender management for freight and logistics requirements.Knowledge managing freight and 3/4PL companies.Outstanding project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize time and business relationship.Fluent in Arabic and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
