Fuel Farm Operations Supervisor

Position OverviewThe Operations Supervisor manages the daily fueling activities and operational processes of the fuel farm and hydrant system. They coordinate fueling schedules, oversee system performance, and ensure that fuel delivery to aircraft is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational procedures and GACA regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging daily fueling activities and operational processesCoordinating fueling schedules with airlines and ground handlersOverseeing system performance and operational efficiencyEnsuring safe and efficient fuel delivery to aircraft in compliance with GACA standardsSupervising fuel farm operators and field techniciansMonitoring compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and GACA regulationsManaging shift operations and workforce schedulingResponding to operational issues and coordinating emergency responsesMaintaining accurate operational records and reports for GACA complianceConducting regular inspections of fueling operationsEnsuring staff training meets GACA requirementsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in aviation fuel operationsAt least 2-3 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of fuel farm operations and hydrant systemsUnderstanding of JIG standards, GACA regulations, and aviation safety requirementsExcellent organizational and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage emergenciesStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with GACA operational approval processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
