Fuel Farm Maintenance Engineer Supervisor

Position OverviewThe Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the maintenance and reliability of critical fuel infrastructure. This includes pumps, valves, filtration systems, meters, hydrant pits, and control systems. The role also involves implementing preventive maintenance programs and responding to mechanical or operational faults while ensuring compliance with GACA maintenance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring maintenance and reliability of critical fuel infrastructureManaging pumps, valves, filtration systems, meters, and hydrant pitsOverseeing control systems and automation equipmentImplementing preventive maintenance programs and schedules in accordance with GACA standardsResponding to mechanical and operational faultsConducting root cause analysis for equipment failuresManaging spare parts inventory and procurementSupervising maintenance technicians and contractorsEnsuring compliance with maintenance standards, procedures, and GACA requirementsMaintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation for regulatory inspectionsCoordinating with GACA for equipment certifications and approvalsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial EngineeringMinimum 5-8 years of experience in industrial maintenanceExperience with fuel systems, pumps, and pipeline networks preferredStrong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenanceFamiliarity with SCADA systems and control automationUnderstanding of GACA safety standards and maintenance best practicesExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read technical drawings and specificationsKnowledge of GACA maintenance approval processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
