Key responsibilities and growth opportunities include:* **Technical Support&Maintenance**: Learn to support, monitor, and maintain simulator training devices, attending to flight crew and maintenance requests, ensuring daily operational readiness, and performing scheduled preventive maintenance.* **Troubleshooting&Problem Resolution**: Develop the skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues and Aircraft On Ground (AOG) events on training devices, working towards long-term, permanent solutions for recurring issues.* **Continuous Improvement**: Play a part in improving maintenance procedures, and learn to handle recurrent updates like Nav DB, Terr DB, and EFB Charts. Support updates to operational software and ensure lesson plan accuracy.* **Inventory&Logistics Management**: Gain experience managing consumable inventory, tools, and logistics, including handling yearly inventories, organizing storage, and preparing items for shipping.* **Skills Growth**: With continuous learning, strive to become an expert in simulator systems, such as Visual Systems, Motion, or Flight Controls.This position offers a unique path to building in-depth technical knowledge in a dynamic, world-class aviation training environment.
