Front Office Team Leader - Night

OverviewThe Front Office Night Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the operations of the front office during the night shift ensuring smooth and efficient guest services and maintaining operational excellence. This position involves supervising the night team ensuring accurate and timely completion of night reports handling guest inquiries and managing administrative tasks. The Night Team Leader will also be tasked with coordinating the night audit process ensuring that financial records are accurate and reporting to the Front Office Manager or Night Manager.ResponsibilitiesSupervise the night team to ensure accurate and timely completion of night reports, handle guest inquiries, and manage administrative tasks.Coordinate the night audit process to ensure financial records are accurate and prepared for reporting.Support reporting to the Front Office Manager or Night Manager and contribute to operational excellence during the night shift.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a front office or hotel operations role with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
