Job Description

Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front office operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading a team of dedicated professionals.Manage and coordinate all front office operations including reception concierge and guest servicesDevelop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates and revenueEnsure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfactionLead train and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional performanceCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesHandle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionallyMonitor and analyze key performance indicators and financial reportsImplement and maintain standard operating procedures for the front officeEnsure compliance with local hospitality regulations and safety standardsOptimize front office operations through effective use of technology and systemsParticipate in budgeting forecasting and strategic planning for the departmentFoster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growthQualificationsBachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing front office operations in a hotel settingFluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plusStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesExceptional customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfactionProficiency in hotel management software (e.g. OPERA)Solid understanding of revenue management principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applicationsIn-depth knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practicesFamiliarity with UAE hospitality standards and local cultureAbility to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidaysDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environmentStrong commercial acumen and ability to drive business resultsRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
