Job Description Alright TV is a micro-drama OTT platform focused on immersive, short-form storytelling. The company aims to provide high-engagement content experiences through dynamic interface design. As Alright TV transitions to an in-house design team, they are seeking a Frontend Engineer to contribute to building high-performance, responsive, and engaging user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain frontend applications to deliver seamless user experiences at scale. - Build responsive and high-performance UI components while ensuring cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness. - Integrate backend APIs to ensure smooth data flow and optimize application performance for speed and scalability. - Collaborate closely with design and backend teams for a cohesive product experience. - Take complete ownership of the frontend and related systems, including design, development, deployment, performance, and lifecycle management. Qualifications Required: - Preferably have experience in OTT, gaming, or media platforms. - Possess 35 years of frontend development experience. - Strong proficiency in Flutter and React with experience in API integration and state management. - Understanding of performance optimization techniques and familiarity with mobile-first design principles. - Experience with AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot is a plus.
