The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a world-class hospitality experience to guests, executing front desk operations, and collaborating with both on-site and headquarters teams to efficiently resolve any issues that may arise. This role requires a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</p><h3>At Stella Stays, you will</h3><ul><li>Greet and assist guests throughout the booking process with personalized service.</li><li>Represent Stella Stays, leaving a memorable first impression on guests and partners alike.</li><li>Register guests and guide them through digital check-in/check-out procedures for a seamless experience.</li><li>Enhance the guest experience by providing VIP treatments, guest gifts, and personalized touches.</li><li>Responsively address and resolve guest issues in a positive and timely manner.</li><li>Support the guest experience and Reservations team with on‑ground assistance while maintaining a positive company culture.</li><li>Train and support new team members.</li><li>Prepare the training manuals and SOPs for the team.</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate community meetings to encourage engagement and collaboration.</li><li>Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all buildings and units within your purview.</li><li>Maintain unit cleanliness, organization, and supplies to ensure a consistent guest experience.</li><li>Foster relationships with building staff, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.</li><li>Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement solutions for operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Effectively manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to support operations.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent, with further education in hospitality or customer service preferred.</li><li>Proven customer service experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Focusing mainly on English and Arabic.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.</li><li>Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.</li><li>Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to grow and develop professionally.</li></ul><p>If you're ready to dive into a high‑paced, high‑growth environment, we'd love to hear from you.
