Front Desk Receptionist vacancy in Al-Rayyan QatarWe are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere in our office.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer phone calls and direct them appropriatelyRespond to emails and messages promptlySchedule appointments and maintain calendarsKeep the reception area clean and organizedAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering suppliesManage incoming and outgoing mail and packagesEnsure visitors follow security proceduresRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plusExperience as a receptionist or in customer service preferredFluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plusExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritizeFriendly, professional demeanor and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteWe welcome applicants from all nationalities, with a preference for Africans or Egyptians fluent in English.
