Job Description

ResponsibilitiesGreet and checkin guests providing a warm welcome and efficient serviceHandle guest inquiries requests and complaints with empathy and professionalismProcess checkouts including accurate billing and payment handlingUpsell hotel services and amenities to maximize room occupancy and guest satisfactionMaintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities local attractions and servicesCollaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptlyManage reservations room assignments and special requestsEnsure the front desk area is organized and wellstocked with necessary suppliesAssist with administrative tasks including report generation and inventory managementAdhere to hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a customerfocused approachParticipate in ongoing training to enhance guest service skills and product knowledgeQualifications :Minimum of 1 year experience in a guest services role preferably in a hotel settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)Experience with Opera hotel management software preferredStrong problemsolving abilities and attention to detailFlexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidaysMultilingual skills particularly Arabic and English are highly advantageousDemonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask efficientlyRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Fulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
