Freight Forwarding Sales and Business DeveloperAbout the job Freight Forwarding Sales and Business DeveloperWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven freight forwarding sales person to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for selling our companys logistics solutions to new and existing customers, as well as maintaining and developing customer relationships.Responsibilities:Seek and follow up on sales leads through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and online platformsSchedule and perform customer meetings (physical and online) to present our services and negotiate contractsAct as a liaison between customer service and operations to enhance the overall customer experienceResearch and analyze competitive and industry trends to identify new opportunities and potential customersManage and update customer information and sales activities using a CRM systemHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional mannerAchieve and exceed sales targets and KPIsQualifications:Bachelors degree in business, marketing, logistics, or related fieldMinimum 2 years in Dubai of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation salesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareKnowledge of freight forwarding processes, documents, and regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel as requiredValid UAE drivers licenseIf you are interested in this position, please send your resume and cover letter#J-18808-Ljbffr
