Freelance Education Facilitator // EXPO CITYAbout the job Freelance Education Facilitator // EXPO CITYJob PurposeThe Facilitator in the Education& Culture Department plays a crucial role in supporting the lead manager toensure the delivery of exceptional educational experiences for all visitors to the pavilions. This position isintegral to the department's mission of enhancing visitor engagement, fostering a culture of learning andoptimizing visitation rates.Main ResponsibilitiesEducational Program Delivery: Provide comprehensive facilitation of a wide array of educationalprograms, including internal and outreach programs. Tailor these programs to diverse audience groupssuch as school groups, university groups, corporate teams, children, and families participating in variousdepartmental initiatives.Program Execution:o Conduct engaging demonstrations, captivating science shows, and immersive workshopsfeaturing interactive elements like storytelling, role-playing, and puppetry.o Facilitate engaging team-building activities specifically designed for corporate delegates,ensuring that these activities align with corporate objectives and provide meaningfulexperiences.o Deliver edutaining (educational plus entertaining) workshops specifically designed for ExpoCity Dubai Camps. These workshops should engage and entertain while imparting valuableeducational content.Content Mastery: Develop proficiency in understanding and effectively communicating topics includingSustainability, Robotics, Mobility, Culture, Gender Equality, and other relevant subjects associated withExpo City Dubais pavilions. Deliver experiences that captivate visitors and foster active participation.Visitor Engagement: Enhance visitor engagement through interactive and educational activities,ensuring high-quality experiences that align with the departments objectives.Training: Undergo intensive training sessions prior to being approved to deliver all programs. Thistraining will ensure that facilitators are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to executethe programs effectively.Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the Programme Delivery & Operations Manager andother team members to ensure seamless execution of educational programs.
