As the Senior Manager Fraud Control, you’ll architect and refine a cutting-edge fraud prevention framework, leveraging data analytics and UAE regulations—like ADAA—while overseeing complex investigations across procurement, revenue, and operations. Your expertise in forensic techniques, closing loopholes in ticketing, procurement, and vendor relationships, and translating risks into actionable controls will safeguard bottom lines and ethical standards. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of UAE-based fraud, compliance, or internal audit experience—preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or high-asset industries—and certifications like CFE or CIA. Here, you’ll lead cross‑functional teams, influence leadership decisions with insights, and champion a culture of integrity while driving automation and reporting innovations to outpace evolving threats. Expect dynamic challenges, direct impact on financial health, and a platform to elevate compliance maturity in a fast‑growing, globally recognized organization like Miral.ResponsibilitiesLead the identification, assessment, and documentation of fraud risks across all Miral operations, including procurement, contracting, finance, revenue, ticketing, warehousing, asset management, and vendor relationshipsDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve a comprehensive fraud risk management framework, fraud risk register, and control library aligned with Miral’s governance strategy and UAE regulatory expectationsEmbed preventive controls into business processes, systems, and policies to minimize fraud exposure at sourceIntegrate ADAA requirements, UAE Federal laws, and relevant local regulations into fraud control design and monitoring activitiesLeverage data analytics, continuous monitoring, and system-based controls to proactively identify anomalies, red flags, and emerging fraud risksLead and oversee complex and sensitive fraud investigations, ensuring procedural fairness, evidence integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with UAE legal requirementsEstablish and manage a structured investigation methodology, including case intake, assessment, evidence gathering, interviews, documentation, and reportingCoordinate closely with relevant departments to ensure appropriate corrective, disciplinary, and remedial actions are implementedPrepare clear, defensible investigation reports with findings, root causes, financial impact assessments, and actionable recommendations for senior managementLiaise, where required, with external regulators, law enforcement, forensic specialists, or legal advisors in line with company protocolProvide fraud risk oversight across procurement and contract lifecycle management, including tendering, evaluations, awards, variations, and paymentsDetect and prevent collusion, conflicts of interest, bid‑rigging, kickbacks, and policy breaches involving employees or third partiesSupport the strengthening of third‑party due diligence, vendor risk assessments, and conflict‑of‑interest declarationsOversee fraud risk monitoring within ticketing systems, revenue collection, cash handling, refunds, discounts, promotions, and access controls across attractionsConduct targeted reviews, surprise audits, and data‑driven testing to identify revenue leakage, misuse of assets, or operational fraudSupport operational teams in implementing practical, risk‑based controls that balance fraud prevention with guest experience and efficiencyDevelop regular fraud risk reports and dashboards highlighting trends, case outcomes, and preventive measuresDeliver fraud awareness and ethics training to employees and contractorsSupport governance team with fraud‑related insights and improvement recommendationsPromote a speak‑up and whistleblowing culture, supporting confidential reporting mechanisms and non‑retaliation principlesAct as a trusted advisor to the business on ethi
