Franchise Director

We are seeking an exceptional Franchise Director to lead, stabilise and transform a multi-site automotive dealership operation across several strategically important locations.This is a senior executive appointment, carrying full profit and loss accountability and a mandate to deliver commercial results, operational rigour and cultural transformation within a highly competitive and challenging market.The RoleReporting to the Board, the Franchise Director will assume overarching responsibility for the performance, governance and strategic direction of the franchise portfolio. The remit encompasses sales, aftersales, customer experience, brand representation and regulatory compliance, with a particular emphasis on elevating standards and embedding best practice across all locations.The PersonThe successful candidate will be a proven automotive leader of considerable stature, with a track record of delivering sustained results within complex, multi-site dealership environments.You will bringSignificant senior leadership experience within automotive retail, ideally at franchise or group levelDemonstrable success in leading large, diverse teams and executing transformational changeStrong financial acumen and experience managing substantial revenues and cost basesCredibility with OEMs and a sophisticated understanding of franchise governanceCultural intelligence and the gravitas to operate effectively within the Saudi marketAn authoritative yet inclusive leadership style, underpinned by intellectual rigour and sound judgementRegional experience in the Middle East would be advantageous but is not essential for a candidate of exceptional quality.The OpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to shape and lead a flagship automotive operation at a pivotal moment in its evolution.
