Our client is a well-established hospitality group with a strong portfolio of QSR and casual dining brands, operating multiple successful outlets across the UAE. As part of their regional growth strategy, they are seeking a commercially driven Franchise Development Manager to expand their footprint across the GCC.This is a high-impact role for an experienced franchise sales and development professional who understands regional markets and can drive structured brand expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead franchise sales and development strategy across UAE & GCC marketsIdentify and secure new franchise partners in target regionsConduct feasibility studies and market research for expansion opportunitiesStructure franchise proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close dealsManage the full franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement signingCoordinate internally with operations, legal, finance, and marketing teamsBuild strong relationships with investors, family offices, and F&B operatorsRepresent the brand at regional franchise exhibitions and networking eventsCandidate ProfileProven experience in franchise development, franchise sales, or multi-unit expansion within QSR or casual diningStrong knowledge of GCC F&B market dynamicsArabic speaker (mandatory)Currently based in UAE or other GCC regionStrong negotiation and commercial acumenEstablished investor/operator network is a strong advantageStrategic thinker with hands-on deal-closing capability#J-18808-Ljbffr
