FP & A Manager (Construction/ Engineering)

A large organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving financial performance through accurate planning analysis and strategic support to senior management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the financial planning and budgeting process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Perform in-depth financial analysis forecasting and reporting.Provide insights to management on business performance risks and opportunities.Support decision-making through scenario modeling and financial recommendations.Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance.Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business efficiency and profitability.RequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master's degree or certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA are a plus).Minimum of 8 years of finance experience with at least 3 years focused on FP&A.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven experience working in a multicultural environment.Location: UAE#J-18808-Ljbffr
