This is a unique opportunity to work closely with founders, contributing to both day‑to‑day operations and high‑impact growth initiatives.If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy bringing structure to complexity, and want to grow into a commercially focused role, this position offers both responsibility and long‑term opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Operational Support: manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meetings across multiple time zones; oversee inbox management, prioritisation, and drafting responses; coordinate travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries; prepare meeting briefs, notes, and follow‑ups; track tasks, actions, and ensure consistent follow‑through; act as a reliable organisational point of support for the founders.Growth & Business Support: research partnerships, sponsorships, and market opportunities (GCC‑focused); support outreach to partners, media, and event organisers; assist with proposals and commercial opportunities; coordinate speaking engagements and external appearances; contribute to initiatives that support brand and business growth.Skills & ExperienceHighly organised with exceptional attention to detail.Proactive and comfortable taking initiative in a fast‑paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to manage multiple priorities with consistency and reliability.Comfortable handling administrative responsibilities to a high standard.Commercially curious, with an interest in partnerships and business growth.Adaptable and confident working in a founder‑led environment.Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting founders, executives, or senior leadership.Exposure to business development, partnerships, or commercial roles.Experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
