Forex Mentor & Trading Coach - Dubai (Bilingual)

We emphasize one-on-one learning to ensure that each student reaches their financial goals effectively.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Forex Mentor - Hindi. The mentor will be responsible for conducting one-on-one training sessions in Hindi and English, guiding students through the fundamentals and advanced strategies of forex trading. Daily tasks include creating customized learning plans, analyzing financial markets, preparing educational materials, mentoring students to improve their trading consistency, and monitoring their progress to ensure they are on track to achieve their financial goals.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one and group mentorship sessions to traders at various skill levels.Share proven trading strategies, market analysis techniques, and risk management principles.Conduct live trading sessions, webinars, and workshops.Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to mentees.Monitor mentees' progress, provide feedback, and refine their trading approaches.Prepare and deliver clear, engaging presentations and training materials.Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Forex or financial markets trading.Prior mentorship, teaching, or coaching experience (preferably in trading, finance, or business).Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex trading concepts.Fluent in at least two languages, with excellent English proficiency (verbal & written).Strong understanding of technical and fundamental market analysis.High emotional intelligence, patience, and a genuine interest in student success.Ability to work independently and maintain a professional online presence.Initially they will be onboarded to our banglore branch and later they will be placed at Dubai office.Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):Experience with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5.Certification in financial markets or trading education.Experience in content creation or social media educational content.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
