Stevin Rock LLC is seeking a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in managing our crushing plant's daily operations. Your primary focus will be on optimizing production, maintaining equipment, and overseeing a team of skilled workers. This position requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to make critical decisions to ensure the plant's smooth operation.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the crushing plant's daily operations, including production and maintenance activities.Ensure efficient and safe aggregate processing, meeting quality standards and production targets.Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal performance.Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to ensure seamless plant operations.Train and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement.Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Represent the company at client meetings, providing updates on plant performance and addressing any concerns.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in a crushing and screening environment, with a proven track record of leadership.In-depth knowledge of aggregate processing and equipment maintenance practices.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle critical situations effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for data analysis and equipment monitoring.A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different plant locations as required.Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.A proactive and innovative mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for process improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
