Reporting directly to the Construction Supervisor or Project Manager, the successful candidate will oversee daily piling and foundation operations, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage piling crews in daily site operationsOrganize and monitor daily work schedules and shoring activitiesEnforce strict adherence to site safety standards and proceduresCoordinate material and equipment requirements to maintain workflowProvide regular progress updates to project leadershipRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in piling worksStrong technical knowledge of foundation and shoring processesProven leadership and team management skillsGood communication and coordination abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
