The role will oversee machine operations within the factory, ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and guide machine operators while minimizing material wastage.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily operations of marble cutting machines within the factory.Operate and oversee marble cutting machines, water jet machines, and polishing machines.Read and interpret cutting drawings to ensure accurate production.Monitor production processes to minimize wastage and optimize material usage.Lead and manage a team of machine operators, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures in the factory.RequirementsProven experience working in a marble or stone processing factory.Strong knowledge of marble cutting machines, water jet machines, and polishing machines.Ability to read and understand technical cutting drawings.Experience in supervising or leading machine operators.Good understanding of production efficiency and wastage control.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
