Foreman - Civil

We are seeking an experienced and handson Civil Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction project you will be responsible for supervising daily site operations ensuring quality workmanship and maintaining a safe work environment.Oversee and coordinate daytoday construction activities on site focusing on civil and structural worksAllocate resources effectively including manpower materials and equipment to meet project requirementsEnsure construction work adheres to approved drawings specifications and method statementsMonitor productivity progress and quality of work taking corrective actions when necessaryEnforce compliance with safety regulations company policies and local building codesCommunicate effectively with engineers site supervisors subcontractors and workersMaintain accurate daily site reports work diaries and labor attendance recordsAssist in planning construction sequences and provide technical guidance to the crewIdentify and report site issues or risks promptly to site engineers or project managersEnsure the cleanliness and organization of the worksite at all timesCollaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlinesQualificationsDiploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certificationMinimum of 57 years of experience in civil Infrastructure construction with at least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAEStrong understanding of formwork rebar concreting earthworks and bridge erection techniquesFamiliarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality and local construction site requirementsExcellent leadership and team management skillsProven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentationSolid knowledge of construction health and safety standardsStrong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilitiesProficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plusDetailoriented with excellent organizational skillsCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environmentGoaloriented approach to project management and task completionRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
