Senior HSE Project Manager

We are recruiting a highly experienced Senior HSE Project Manager to lead Health, Safety & Environmental operations on a flagship large-scale luxury villa development in Abu Dhabi.This is a high-profile project involving in excess of 5,000+ workers, complex precast construction, temporary works (TEs), and heavy lifting operations, delivered under a main contractor structure. The RoleYou will take full ownership of the HSE function across the project, driving strategy, compliance, and performance while leading a sizeable HSE team.Key focus areas include:Precast production and installationHeavy lifting / crane operationsTemporary works managementMulti-contractor coordinationLarge workforce safety leadershipClient and regulatory interface (Abu Dhabi)15+ years HSE experience within major construction projectsProven experience managing safety across 5,000+ manpower projectsExtensive experience in precast, lifting operations & temporary worksMandatory UAE experience (Abu Dhabi experience preferred)Chartered status (CMIOSH or equivalent) highly desirableEuropean or South African will be highly regarded.
