Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead onsite labour teams and ensure quality workmanship in interior fitout projects. The candidate should be handson with fitout methods and capable of managing site activities effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily activities of workers and subcontractors onsite.Allocate tasks monitor performance and ensure timely completion.Maintain work discipline quality standards and site cleanliness.Ensure compliance with safety and technical specifications.Report daily progress to Site Engineer or Project Manager.Assist in material handling inspection and inventory onsite.RequirementsDiploma/Trade Certificate in Civil or related field.2 3 years UAE experience as a foreman in interior fitout.Indepth knowledge of partitions ceiling joinery and finishes.Ability to read basic AutoCAD layouts and translate them onsite.Strong team supervision communication and time management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
