As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing bridge maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily bridge maintenance activities on-siteManage and motivate work crews to meet project deadlines and quality standardsInterpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project executionEnforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environmentConduct regular quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flowTroubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectivelyMaintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and material usageEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Abu DhabiParticipate in project planning meetings and contribute to improving work processesImplement and oversee preventive maintenance programs for bridgesAssess bridge conditions and recommend necessary repairs or improvementsStay updated on the latest bridge maintenance techniques and technologiesQualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar leadership role in the Infrastructure Maintenance industry, with a focus on bridge maintenanceValid UAE Driving LicenseIn-depth knowledge of bridge maintenance techniques and best practicesFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in Abu DhabiStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenPhysical ability to work in various weather conditions and at heightsCommitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety standardsWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required#J-18808-Ljbffr
