Food Beverage Server - Banquet

Consistently offer professional friendly warm and engaging service to Guests.Set up banquet rooms according to function requirements ensuring attention to detail in table settings linens glassware and equipment.Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Maintain a detailed understanding of all banquet menus buffet setups and bar service options.Monitor and respond to Guest needs during events resolving any issues promptly and professionally.Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.Participate in preevent briefings to understand the event schedule and expectations.Work closely with the Banquet Manager kitchen team and other departments to ensure seamless service.Ensure all linens are counted and handled properly at the end of shifts.Maintain and organize banquet equipment reporting any damage or shortages to the Banquet Manager.Handle Guest feedback and concerns efficiently escalating issues to the Banquet Manager when necessary.Attend preshift weekly and monthly meetings to enhance service standards and continuously improve the Guest experience.Qualifications :Excellent communication and organizational skills.Highly responsible & reliable.Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.Additional Information :experience is an assetPrior experience working with Opera or a related systemStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesFluency in English additional languages are a plusBy joining Accor every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrows hospitality.
