Food & Beverage Hostess

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Hostess to join our dynamic hospitality team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and organization.Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their dining experienceManage reservations efficiently using our reservation system and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table flow and guest satisfactionEscort guests to their tables and provide them with menus while offering information about current specials and dining optionsMaintain clear and collaborative communication with servers kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service coordinationAnswer guest inquiries regarding menu items restaurant services and special accommodations with professionalism and enthusiasmAddress guest concerns and requests promptly and empathetically resolving issues in a manner that exceeds expectationsMaintain the reception and dining areas in a clean organized and welcoming condition at all timesAssist with table operations including serving clearing and resetting tables as needed to support the service teamMonitor dining room activity and guest flow to optimize efficiency and guest comfort throughout service periodsDemonstrate cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in all guest interactions recognizing the diverse clientele in Abu DhabiQualifications : Proven experience as a hostess receptionist or in a customer service role preferably within the hospitality industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgroundsStrong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively in a high-volume environmentProficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer skillsProfessional appearance demeanor and a positive vibrant attitude that reflects our brand valuesFluency in English; additional languages (Arabic Russian French or other languages) are highly preferredAbility to remain calm composed and solution-oriented when handling challenging situations or guest requestsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisive decisionsDemonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and a genuine passion for hospitalityCultural awareness and sensitivity with an understanding of diverse dining preferences and customs relevant to the Abu Dhabi marketFlexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as requiredAdditional Information : Your team and working environment:Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort; where exclusivity and luxury define every experience every time.
