Food & Beverage CoordinatorEnthusiastic about connecting fostering strong relationships and collaborating with people As a Food & Beverage Coordinator you will be responsible for handling the administrative tasks within the department and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.What you will be doing:Type documents take meeting minutes draft letters and manage correspondenceSupport the overall operations of the hotel as requiredMaintain and secure all Food & BeveragefilesAssist in printing and preparing menus for the outletsCreate and maintain a Food & Beverage database (including suppliers guests and contacts)Coordinate and liaise with other departments in relation to Food & Beverage and culinary operationsAssist with the purchase request process for the Food & Beverage departmentDirect Food & Beverage inquiries to the appropriate outlet or departmentProcess monthly attendance and payroll of F&B Service and CulinaryQualifications :Should have min. 2 years experience in similar roleDegree in hospitality management / food & beverageExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by exampleAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAdditional Information :Why work for AccorWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
