RequirementsUS Citizenship required.Employment Term and Type: Regular, Full Time.Required Security Clearance (Minimum for hire): Secret to start – must obtain TS/SCI.Required Education (Minimum for hire): Associate Degree.Job DescriptionPosition is located at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Qatar, with initial deployment at Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL. The role serves as a mid‑level Full Motion Video (FMV) screener/analyst, providing GEOINT and IMINT functions, analyzing FMV sensor feeds, generating imagery products and reports, conducting area research, threat analysis, and collaborating with other analysts. The position requires 24/7/365 support, shift work, extended hours including holidays and weekends, and travel.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide real‑time 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment as an integral part of a team.Serve as a liaison between the supported customers, flying units, and PED crew during missions.Review and understand all support documentation provided by the customer prior to mission.Maintain awareness of target areas and locations and related historical information before missions.Ensure 100% "eyes‑on" the FMV feed and provide near‑real time chat reporting, creating and documenting chat logs when requested.Perform geo‑location mensuration functions, extracting coordinates and positional relationships from digital databases.Compile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to support operations.Utilize basic imagery analysis skills, plotting, map reading, object identification by order‑of‑battle, and facility identification and description by purpose and function.Produce imagery‑derived intelligence products and reports for publication and distribution to a broad range of customers.Prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, briefings with visual aids, drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing derived from FMV and imagery analysis.Contractors will be expected to fully comprehend the duties of and potentially deploy as an ITC.Required QualificationsValid U. S. Driver’s license.Valid U. S. Passport.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret.At least 4 years of current GEOINT, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or Intelligence experience or related field analysis experience with MOS 35 G, 350 G, 12 Y, USCM 0261, 0241, AF IN1 X1, AF 1 N151 X, or other Do D or government agency equivalent specialty codes.At least 2 years of hands‑on FMV analysis and production experience.At least 2 years of experience with FMV exploitation tools such as AIMES, Vi Dex, or equivalents.Knowledge of basic or advanced GEOINT or FMV production operations.Experience writing analytic products following IC directives and guidance.Education RequirementsAssociate Degree OR three additional years (7 total) of relevant experience in Geospatial Intelligence Operations.Security Clearance RequirementsTS/SCI.Physical, Work Environment & ConditionsMust be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods.Occasional standing while working in server rooms or at patch panels.Must be able to lift and move moderately heavy equipment (e.g., routers, switches, servers) typically up to 30–50 pounds.Manual dexterity required for connecting cables, configuring devices, and handling small tools or components.Must be able to view computer screens for long periods.Ability to distinguish color‑coded cabling and indicator lights.Must be able to climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces for cable runs or equipment installation.May require walking between different buildings or workstations.Must be able to communicate clearly with technical teams and end‑users.May need to hear alarms, server beeps, or equipment noises indicating issues.Equal Opportunity EmployerFGS, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
