Florist - Contract Position in Jabal-Ali, UAE for English-Speaking CandidatesWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE on a contract basis. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and displays for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail and creativity, who can work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Responsibilities:- Designing and creating floral arrangements based on client requests and event themes- Selecting the appropriate flowers and greenery to complement each arrangement- Maintaining inventory of floral supplies and ordering new materials when needed- Setting up floral displays at event venues and ensuring they are visually appealing- Providing excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering recommendations- Ensuring all arrangements are completed on time and within budget- Adhering to health and safety guidelines while handling flowers and chemicals- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth execution of eventsRequirements:- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a florist or in a similar role- Creative flair with a strong eye for color, texture, and design- Excellent communication skills in English- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care requirements, and availability in the UAE market is preferred.- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends.We offer free visa sponsorship as well as airfare ticket for selected candidates.
